Why we created this

So many women are navigating symptoms, pain, questions, and concerns they’ve normalized for far too long.

They are often searching quietly.
Wondering if what they’re experiencing is something they just have to live with.
Hoping to find someone who truly understands.

We created this program because we know that some of the most meaningful referrals happen woman-to-woman — through honest conversations, trusted recommendations, and the kind of support that says:

you don’t have to figure this out alone.

How the program works

When you refer a new patient to our practice and she begins care, we’ll celebrate you with a thank-you gift from us.

To make sure your referral is tracked, we simply ask that:

• we receive an email or direct message before she reaches out letting us know you referred her, or
• she includes your name on her intake form

This allows us to honor your referral clearly and thoughtfully.

A gift for the women you refer

Any new patient referred through our Women’s Wellness Advocate Program will receive a complimentary first session.

This gives her the opportunity to step into our space, experience our care, and begin her journey with support.

It’s our way of making that first step feel a little easier — and a little more held.

It’s about sharing from lived experience, from integrity, and from a genuine desire to see more women receive the support they need.

Referral guidelines

To keep the program clear and easeful for everyone:

• referrals must be identified before the new patient enters our world
• we do not offer retroactive referral rewards
• referral gifts are given when the referred patient begins care
• the referred patient must be new to our practice
• rewards are non-transferable and redeemed as outlined by our team

How to refer someone

Referring a woman in your life is simple.

You can:

• send us a text, email, or Instagram message
• introduce us directly
• or have her mention your name when she reaches out or fills out her intake form
